The Senior Client Executive is responsible for building C-Level relationships to execute global strategic plans with a team of sales, service, and solution engineers to ensure account growth and optimum customer satisfaction.  The purpose of this position is to further develop existing business and executive level client relationships, cultivate new relationships, align with IT and Business Groups to uncover new opportunities, develop solutions and sell strategic services. These services include Cloud Computing, Data Center Solutions and  Managed Services. It is critical for the Sr. Client Executive to be a team leader, an astute business person, have exceptional business insight, show executive/boardroom presence, and have outstanding judgement.

 

Demonstrate a detailed understanding of business finance and a high level of awareness of customer’s business / industry sector. Full understanding of how an investment adds value to the business, how to produce a business case that delivers a compelling financial argument to purchase a solution/service offering, and understanding the principals and application of an ROI model.

 

Competencies Required

  • Strong, track record of solution selling, based on business value principles, including 5 years of experience focused on selling cloud-related solutions (IaaS, PaaS) and infrastructure
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Account planning and strategy
  • Cloud industry / competitive knowledge
  • Rigorous opportunity management and ability to forecast business accurately
  • Customer relationship development
  • Strategic selling skills – craft and position complex business solutions with a winning value proposition
  • Strong sales closing attitude and skill set
